It’s good news that you are trying to quite smoking. It is really true that quit smoking is not very much easy, but don’t forget about the bad effects of smoking also. I think that for our better future smoking should be stopped. I’m also suffered a lot, but ultimately I succeeded to get rid from this dangerous habit. I suggest, chantix it is one of the most effective medicine available in market for quit smoking. You can find more information about chantix at http://www.chantixhome.com

So Clair, did you succeed? I hope so but I certainly wouldn't think the less of you if you didn't. Heck in the last ten years I've (and this is no exaggeration) lost more weight than I currently weigh. Which means I lose it and gain it back and usually more. So if you were able to quit, GOOD FOR YOU, keep it up, if not, give it another try. Every cigarette you don't smoke is a plus no matter the circumstances.

I hadn't even heard of the book until your post so I went to my favorite online book seller to check it out. I mostly wanted to see if they had any reviews or feedback from people that had read it and used the material. There were 85 reviews (a lot for one book as a rule) and all 85 gave it an excellent rating! That is impressive. You'd think somebody would be bad mouthing it, but no. So I'd say go for it. One thing I gleaned from the commentaries was that it's probably better to get the CD to listen to. That way you can use it in the car, while excercising or doing something that would make reading impossible. Good luck Clair.

My grandfather smoked for 45 years, and recently quit. It was simply will power and faith that helped him! This shows that if you really put your mind to something, you can do it. So Clair, my advice is, just put your will power there and you'll quit for good soon enough!
