ACNE CLEAR....SEE HOW

Before you read this I do not & never have worked for any skin product company & am just writing this from experience that I wish to share as I could have done with this advice myself before!!. Well I have PCOS & my acne started at 27yrs old (I am now 29) . I have tried everything from Freederm, Proactiv to doctors prescriptions but they were too harsh for my skin & seemed to make it worse. I had spend a lot of money trying ALL types of oil free acne treatments & I read an article about Dr Hauschka products whih are organic. So I thought I may as well try something completly different as they contain essential oils!! Oil I hear you cry!!

My regime consists of cleansing cream, clarifying toner, normalizing day oil & once a week clay mask & facial steam bath. I have extremely oily skin & was dubious about using these products as they contain essential oils as I am forever told to use oil free products! This is not the case as the majority of acne products just strip your skin of its natural oils & therefore over produce sebum (oil). The ethos of Dr Hauschka products is that all the products are patted into the skin & to NEVER rub or scrub which they say aggravates & spreads the acne. I have now been using them for about three months using the strict application process & it really does work!! I advise anyone who has spent hundreds of pounds on 'wonder' products to please try this as it really does work. I think it is the application process that makes the big difference so I advise you follow the instructions fully.
