Ive recently took out an 18 month contract with 3 and bought the nokia 6288.
28 days later the screen has cracked hence a £30 insurance payment to get it fixed, disturbingly ive read that the nokia 6288 is prone to the screen cracking, this worries me as i cant afford to keep shelling out this £30.
Can any phone be unlocked to use a 3g sim card on the 3 network?
Im not really bothered what sort of phone i have as long as i can make calls using this existing 3 sim.
I tried using it in my "Unlocked " Motorola v3 the other day but it wouldnt accept the sim card.
Im thinking of selling my 6288 when it comes back repaired.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
