Advice on mx3 repair price needed

hello all,

since I'm very interested in one of mazda mx3's ('97 reg) but it's in pretty bad condition (and low price of course), I'd be very thankful to know rough repair prices. I know some obvious things:
1. clutch has to be replaced
2. one front lamp broken
3. front buffer battered
4. 4 new tyres
5. after all body work - paint whole car
also car was salvaged and parked for quite a while, so I think some seals and rubber parts will definetly be gone. any opinions on price appreciated.
