theres no law against driving a boat out at sea while drunk
i'm too good for that to happen anyway
well it's happend so many times i'v sort of learned my lesson, good thing i'm short
hopefully i could get you that pint someday ya never know

You can't be drunk and drive a boat out here, well at least a jet ski because when the water cops pull you over to see your jet ski license some times the give yo the breathalyser

no law on the sea here any way its not enforced and we have no see cops.
we have a code of conduct which basicly says please be good

Over here we have to get our boat license first which is around $200 if i remember correctly and then we can get our jet ski license which is around $300 in total its around 500 or so dollars
Also if you caught riding a 'ski without a license its a $600 fine for the rider and $300 for the owner of the 'ski second offence is $1800 for the driver and $600 for the owner
I think i would rather pay the 500 dollars and ride without any care of getting in trouble. -

all licnesing in this country is optional. you need a license to oporate the radio but you can use it in a mayday
you do have al icense if you pay it's basicly traing and the course came free with the engine so all of us went, we now have an RYA power level 2 certificate
