    Im thinking of getting a Ds lite for Christmas and was going to import it from america as its slightly cheaper but ive noticed whilst looking on Ebay that the american ones have this beside them...

    Format: NTSC (US, Canada)

    whilst on ebay uk it has...

    Format: PAL (UK Standard)

    What it this all about and will it stop me playing certain games etc. Please could someone help me out and explain this to me.
