Problem with GD67 Panasonic.

Hi, Everyone. I'm Al, new on here, looking for help! I got this GD67 phone from a bootsale, supposedly locked to Vodafone. With Orange or 02 sim, it says "security failure". With Vodafone, it seems normal, good signal. I dial a number, it shows connecting for seconds, before getting through it stops & says call over! I wonder has it been blocked, but, if so, why does it not say "security failure" for Vodafone as well as 02 & Orange?
Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated. Cheers, Al.
