Useless Vodafone shop

Had a complaint about a Samsung phone but was treated with contempt at local V shop in Greater Manchester. Told all Samsung phones had a problem holding words in predictive for more than 2 days. When I got phone home after shop manager had tried it would not send text and took 30 mins on phone to Vodafone Techies to solve it. That is if it is solved properly. Anyone else have this problem with shops or Samsung U700 :

My experience with Vodafone has been utterly apalling too.The manager I dealt with at the Salford branch was nothing short of disgusting.I feel after spending £250 on a pretty dreadful mobile (samsung U700) I deservered better treatment. I suggest to anyone thinking of buying a mobile to avoid Vodafone and the Salford branch in paticular
