Lethal Weapon? Walther Co2 CP99?(1 Messages)

   I am desperate for any advice please. My son has been charged with possession of a firearm. The gun is a Walther CP99 Co2 powered, the ballistics report states that it is capable of being a lethal weapon if it hits the eyeball. Can this be true?
