    Strange one this!

    When i switch the phone on, sony ericsson appears and then when it says ENTER PIN, as soon as you press the number 1 the screen and lights fade and the phone goes off for about 5 seconds. Then comes back on saying ENTER PIN. Every time the number 1 is pressed, the phone seems not to like it. Ive tried changing the pin on another phone but i have a phone lock code which is on the phone and starts with number 1 so im done for!

    Can anyone help???

    Sounds like a software problem. Your phone may need to be flash with updated/new software.

    We offer this service if you need it. Alternatively if the phone is still under warranty, you may be able to bring it back to the shop and get it done for free under warranty.
