weird ticking noise follwed by ABS brake light..

Hello, I'm new to the review centre...happy to have found it though, as after 3 years of trouble free motoring with my 93 civic vti a few small problems are starting to creep in.

What I think maybe a cause is that I recently changed my brake pads and discs and then somehow warped them...resulting in this weird ticking noise follwed by ABS brake light coming on.

Was wondering if anyone knows of a quick fix for this??
