    Are the weihrauch hw 97k and the Theoben Rapid 7 air rifle classed as section 1 firearms.

    It depends on what power they are producing.

    Most air rifles are set at the UK legal limit of 12ftlbs. Any air rifle producing more than 12 ftlbs is a firearm and subsequently can only be owned if you have a FAC ( fire arms certificate)
