In my opinion the best gun on the market is the Air Arms TX 200 MK 3, £245 from js ramsbottom, it is very well balanced so the 9lbs that it wieghs dosn't feel too heavy. I also have the bsa lightning xl £219, very accurate easy to handle carbine weighs 7lbs. I've never shot with the gamo cf-x but I believe it is an excellent gun £175, I do have the gamo hunter .22 good accuracy weighs 7lbs. all 3 of these guns have only slight recoil and are not noisy, you can't go wrong with any of them, but if I had to choose one I'd go for the air arms. Get a .177 better for target shooting, if you go hunting use a 10.6 grain, you can go up to a 18grain rabbit stopper, one head shot one kill. Using the 10.6 grain or over for hunting is just as good as having a .22, so a .177 is both a target and hunting gun, it's two guns in one really, Hope this helps you,

so which would u say is more acurate the air arms or the bsa
because it would be my first gun and i dont want to go rong!!!
which would be best in the field
because it would be for rabbits and pigins mostly

The Bsa, because Gammo's are really budget priced guns, I'm not saying they are rubbish just that you get what you paid for.
