Hidden/helmet camera

Hi all,

Just had some questions regarding the purchase of a hidden/helmet camera for a documentary about an alpine search and rescue team. The camera is not being used for surveillance, but rather needs to fit in the documentary alongside MiniDV and perhaps some HD footagee. Obviously I will not be able to achieve image quality of these kinds, but was hoping to get as close as possible.


The best one i could find, www.dogcamsport.co.uk/covert-hidden-camera-kits.htm, has a TVL resolution of 450 lines. I am not really familiar with this term, so was wondering if anyone could give me a comparison of how this footage might look as compared to say, MiniDV.

If anyone knows of any other cameras that may provide a better quality of image, please let me know.
