--Need new camera to match old--

Hi! Had my Konica Minolta Dimage X50 camera stolen on holiday:( Need a new one, but not sure which model would match the characteristics of my stolen one (can't find many places to buy the same model as I had, maybe it's been discontinued). Could someone please advise me on the closest match? Here's what I'm looking for:
Min 5MP resolution,
2.8+ optical zoom,
4+ digital zoom,
rechargeable Lithium battery,
SD memory,
several image resolution options,
video function,
several white balance options.
And, of course, the lowest possible price..
