So, i recently bought my first co2 pistol the skif A3000, i know some folks have been having problems with it jamming so far mine has been fine, think it is oftern an issue of loading the mag properly with the tool provided.
I have greatly enjoyed the A3000 with its power and 28 round mag nothing quite like it. Yet, for all its good points, i still feel that i would like another pistol with real blowback cos the trigger on the A3000 is too heavy cos it cocks the trigger!
So, what i'm after is a bit of advice from you guys, anyone who knows what their talking about. What i want from the gun is:
it should fire
177 pellets, bb's optional
Real blow back not like the A3000
Would like a moving slide but not essential.
Price about £150 £200 at most.
As i said i have a A3000 so nothing much less powerful than that.
the more shots the better, do like mag sttle loading.
relativly accurate, it for shooting targets but not at a high leveal
overall i'm after a fun gun, but it must be reliable, good looking, and able to hit what its pointed at!
Hope someone has some sound advice!

I'm not sure there are many options other than the Desert Eagle. I don't think it is as good as some of the others out there but I am thinking of trading my CP88 for one of those or maybe the Beretta (not blow back but a good CO2 pistol). Otherwise there is the PPK but it only fires steel BB and is smooth bore.

Thanms for the reply. The desert eagle does look tempting, the ppk i hear is very inaccurate, but i think all blow backs suffer loss of power cos the gas is cocking the gun. Kind off given up on blow back air guns, torn between getting a good bb blow back(if you have any thoughts) or a beretta air gun with a good silencer, i have a 6inch smith and wesson and of course the skiff but very loud and i always feel my neighbours might freak, so indoor shooting with bb's or out door with a silencer. anythoughts, what silencer can i get to make a beretta truly silent, the one it comes with doesn't quite do the job, or so i hear?

Hi again,
I bought a silencer from JSR for my CP88 but found it does absolutely NOTHING! Maybe the tricked up Beretta Xtreme has a better one but the small one I had for the Walther was hopeless and I was annoyed I couldn't send it back as it was opened.
Otherwise I don't know much about BB's - the PPK is still an option there. Generally pure BB shooters are smooth bore so won't be as accurate as a rifled barrel pellet gun. Back top these, I might sell my CP88 and try the Beretta myself...
Just got a HW40 which is nice but it's a workout to cock it.

I've got a Desert Eagle and I've actually found the accuracy isn't all that bad, I mean it isn't great but for shooting cans off a wall its perfect. The blowback is a helluva lot of fun too!!!

The Beretta PX4 Storm is now an option for anyone wanting a blow back pistol, accuracy roughly the same as a Desert Eagle, blow back is a bit sharper and more realistic.
