Ok, so you want to get a file onto your phone. You could sideload, but that's clunky.
With RubberSquid, you can upload the files as attachments from your PC and then browse and download them on your phone.
    Here's how:
1/ On your PC, sign up for a RubberSquid account (it's free)
2/ In RubberSquid, create a new channel...
    3/ ...and a new memo....
4/ ....and then upload your file(s) as attachment(s) to the memo
5/ On your phone's browser, go to www.rubbersquid.com OR (easier):
5a/ Use the "send sign-in link to mobile phone" on the "My RubberSquid Home Page" and wait for the text message to arrive on your phone, then follow the link
6/ On your phone, navigate to the channel....
    7/ ....and the memo....
    8/ ....and the attachment(s)
9/ Once you're at the attachment, your phone should let you download it

Oh, and you can use the same method to share the attachment(s) (well, the channel actually) with other people - look for the "Invite a friend" link
