Daily skincare help needed urgently, please!

Most of my face is okay, skin-wise. It's slightly oily with a few spots, but nothing major. Yet my nose is revolting; oily, shiny and with some blackheads I can't shift. Could anyone please recommend products that might help? I'm 16 so cost is a big factor and I need to be able to get it in a supermarket or somewhere like Boots or Superdrug.

I was looking at the Boots own brand Tea Tree & Witch hazel range, specifically the foaming daily facial wash and the mattifying moisturiser. Anyone know if this is any good?

I was also looking at the Biore oil control cleanser, but I'd worry it would be too drying?

I rarely wear makeup and /never/ powder or foundation, so I'm looking for a product or couple of products to sort my skin that I can use once or twice a day like a cleanser and/or toner.
