BOSCH washing machine- problem, poor service

We bought a Bosch Maxx600 washing machine, the clothes came out smelly and had to be washed 2 times to get rid ot the stench. Washed laundry are full of dust and powder deposits, these are even found around the rim of the door of the machine. Our local agents are slow and reluctant in their service, claiming initially that Bosch Machines are ABSOLUTELY perfect and defect free and therefore not worth their while to look into our complaints. After 10 months of complaining, the serviceman finally did something but the trouble persists, worse still, the laundry now comes out with patches of bleached areas. ANY SOLUTION? PLEASE HELP!

It sounds like water starvation

If it's a new machine ensure there is no packaging material in the soap dispenser drawer
Have you checked the hose is not kincked and the taps are fully on?
