Orange customer service??

Hi all,
Now I'm sorry to make a painful subject rear it's ugly head again but I have just had the most un-helpful conversation with an Orange customer service person.
For the last 16 months I have been at a different address to the one I had when I started using Orange, and in that time I have tried numerous times to change that address and failed.
As a result of this I have not had a bill delivered to me and have had to try to ring them to pay my bill, as you can't have a direct debit if the addresses don't match !! (their comment not mine).
I have just tried again to change my address and pay my bill but the resulting frustration means I might just get my final bill delivered to my new home address, I have decided that enough is enough and am kicking them into touch.
On being told that I was leaving Orange and the reasons why, I was told they were very busy at the moment and that was why I had to wait to be connected.
She really did not get it, not only was this possibly the quickest I had got through to a real person but she could not have cared less about a customer leaving the company she was being paid by.
This has been a trait right through my time with Orange, the staff are so sales driven that once they have you there is no interest unless you are upgrading or buying a more expensive package.
So there I have had my rant and Orange and I will be ending a long, if not happy, relationship.

I myself have a massive problem with orange customer services!!! I have just spent 1hour and 32mins on hold to be told I have no right to be slightly annoyed bout that!!!!
ORANGE ARE RUBBISH!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
EVEN IF THEY OFFERED ME A MILLION POUNDS I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THEM!!!!!!
