HELP NEEDED - IS THIS SPEC OK FOR A LAPTOP?

I am looking for a laptop, for standard use - surfing the internet, watching dvd's, producing reports etc. I will not be gaming on it.

What do you think of this one? I'm clueless with this sort of thing so need some expert help :0)
