suffering from psoriasis...

I would like to know if theres anyone that can comment as to when they best find relief of pain without the use of medications.My friend suffers from psoriasis and she finds this desease (Psoriasis)to be most depressing at her age (27)She thinks that there hasn't been a cure found or treatment??But I found that there is a Dermatology Hospital that offers these kinds of treatment : http://www.jdhealthcare.com/dermatology.html#4 This seems really interesting because I read that Quote: The department attracts large number of patients of psoriasis because of excellent results obtained by offering a combination treatment which could include oral calcium,oral omega-3,oral isotretinoin,oral methotrexate ,cyclosporine along with UVB therapy.

However I would just like to know if anyone on this forum has ever follow atreatment there??
