I know.....it's unusual that they would make a mistake...lol...I was saying it in their favor. With the 150.00 plus sale with free shipping or buy 3 tins get one free is enticing.

Sorry for the delay in update on the situation.

They finally refunded the cost, minus shipping and seems to be 15 bucks short on the cost but heck I waited for long enough for the refund, I aint gonna spend another second on these people for 15 bucks. I guess I will just call the 15 bucks a lesson learnt and never do business with them again.

sometimes standard practice to not refund shipping costs and may lose a small percentage for restocking fees. I think everyones learned a lesson at one time or another.....but for 15 dollars and cost of shipping.....is not too bad.

It was expected that they took some small fee etc... and no shipping refund... what bothers me is that they then email me and asked me if I have received my full refund which is like 40 bucks more than they credited to my account.. from my impression via email and talking to them on the phone, seems to me no one really knows what is going on there.

I had good luck buying my Mendoza 600 magnum and Bushnell scope. Of course I'm the kind of guy who asks lots of questions. I wear them down and get promises before I purchase. Matt was pretty cool.

I was going to ask if anyone has seen you around. I would buy one..but my problem is I feel the need to buy all the air rifles I see. I wish crosman would have stuck with Mendoza for their springers so I could have bought a air rifle made on the same continent as I live...but like most of the crowd..they switched to the chinese made springer for some of their line up.
