Does anyone has experience with Cobra Outdoor Sports (airgunsbbguns.com)?
I made a purchase recently with them and have to return the air rifle. Only now I dont see refund, so I am out a rifle and no money back either... and from talking to the customer service, it is looking increasing like fraud, as they delay because of "this and that". From what I read online, there has been similar cases...
If you have experience with this company or have any idea on how to get money back from these online companies... let me know! Thanks! -

Call or E-mail them and make you you stress that BBB, the FTC and possibly the fraudulent department at your credit card company will most likely not be happy to hear about your situation at hand and stress that you followed their return policy to the letter. Also, point out that if things do not get resolved soon that you will be contacting your their states district attorney to lodge a complaint against their company and that they may contact the local law enforcment and other governmental agencies to collect statements, draw up charges and in some cases make arrests. Fraud is fraud. People go to jail for stealing.
I've read about poor custumer service in the past...and after hearing about your situation with Cobra, I will never recommend them. I always use Pyramydair.com. They may not be the lowest in price.....but just to save a dollar or two is not worth going elswhere because their service is about the best your are going to get.
I am very sorry to hear about this and I hope they get their act togather. -

Oh yes if you get a toll free number...make sure you call them frequently to check on the status of your return or exchange. Possibly everyday. They will usually get tired of your requests and may find out that it's probably cheaper just to do what they should have done in the first place. -

uh oh...been a while since I've been out of school and I've been watching way to much law and order. It's not district attorney that you contact in the state that they do business...it's the ATTORNEY GENERAL that deals with crime and coruption of that nature.
"I'm out of order......you're out of order....this whole court is out of order......you want the truth...you couldn't handle the truth!!!" -

Thanks for your inputs.
Cobra Airguns is beginning to aggravate me more and more. Cheap or not (Pyramid is only a little bit more but at least they KEEP THEIR WORD on what they actually tell you), its almost not worth the hassle.
I am going to contact BBB and my credit card company on Monday if they still havent refunded. To my horror, I just read from another forum some others have had the same problem with Cobra Airguns and they didnt manage get a refund or an exchange for over 6 months!! -

The only time I had problem with pyramydair.com was when an item was out of stock and it took a few weeks. But I didn't mind...the pellets I ordered were from Germany and I live in the US. -

I have used pyramyd a lot and they only screwed up one order and are usually reasonable (I had to call back back twice on one occasion, but the second person I talked to took care of my problem right away, i think it was just the service person the first time. Once I ordered an air pistol as a gift for my son and they sent the wrong one, but my son liked the one I got and the price was about the same so...
I've never used Cobra, but will try to avoid them now. -

well if you don't get any answers soon.....I suppose air gunners from around the world could write to the email address above and express how unhappy we are top hear about their poor customer services and how we would most likely boycott their business. -

No my point was I've always had good service form them, except once, and I came to the conclusion that it was the particular customer service person I got that time. I've bought several guns from them and a lot of pellets (you need to order a pretty large pellet order to make the shiping worth it, or if you can push it up to their "free shiping" amount.
