Teresa Poolside Apartments, Sidari, Corfu?????

Hi, Can anyone help???
I stayed at the Teresa Poolside Apartments in 2001 and we loved it there. I have tried looking for the hotel again but cannot find it anywhere, does anyone know where I mean and do they know if the name has changed?
I would be very grateful if anyone can help.
