pimples around my chin

I didn't have the best skin as a teenager - but seemed to have grown out of it. However, I still have white pimple things around the corner of my lips. I've been told by some people it's a hormonal thing, but by doctors that it isn't!

Not being vain, but I'm sick of them. They inevitably turn into spots at certain times of the month and I'm now getting scarring.

Any advice on any foods, supplements, creams etc that would help would be greatly appreciated!

Am so bored of it
