    Hello,

    I’m working part time and recently have discovered I’m pregnant. Do the employment laws for pregnancy mean I will still be paid during my maternity leave?

    Hi,

    It depends how much you earn. If you earn more than Ł84 per week on average – then yes, you qualify for statutory maternity pay. If not – don’t worry, you may still be entitled to maternity allowance. I’ve found this good website which helped me with the answer to my questions…have a look if you need some more information
