To confirm the web sites I am referring to are the following:
http://www.theappliancewarehouse.co.uk
http://www.taw-sales.co.uk/
They are the same company.
I was after a particular model of washing machine and Zanussi put me in touch with this company who had a similar model. The sales rep advised that they had two in stock with one that had a slight dent on the side but both were new and we could get either one. The delivery would also be free. It was a good price so I ordered it.
When it arrived it was rapped in bubble rap and had dents and scratches all over it. It was a graded product. Looked like it had been either sitting on the shop floor for a while or in use in some ones house for a year. Clearly I wasn’t happy. When I called them they advised that it was sold as a graded machine and if we weren’t happy with it we should not have signed for it. They advised that to return the item it would cost £90 pickup costs. The line manager for the sales rep was also unhelpful and they would not pickup the item for free.
The item was mis-sold and because it was over the phone with nothing in writing I didn’t have a case to take it further.

Hi - Who was it that told you that? Perhaps you've been informed by the company that I left the review for? I do not work for 365. How are you going to verify it either way? There is a potential for the same thing to happen to all your other reviews therefore making your site reduntant.
You have my details so it would have been proper for you to contact me before posting this message. -

One further think to add to this. I had also left a response over a month before this one.
http://www.reviewcentre.com/review238686.html regarding a LG WM16336FD where I had problems with the machine and not the service of the supplier.
If I was an untrustworthy poster working for a rival why would I have posted this? -

Thanks Clair
It is likely that someone from The Appliance Warehouse added this post.
