Honda Civic 1.6 SE Auto - 2001 - Faulty Back Wiper

I have recently bought a Honda Civic SE Executive Auto 1.6 (2001) but there is one small problem with it that cannot seem to be solved (so far), so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Basically, the back wiper does not work. The motor has been changed, the switch has been changed the wiper itself has been changed - none of which have made any difference. A local garage looked at it and suggested it must be the relay - but no-one seems to know where the relay for the wiper is located. The fuse appears to be intact.

The wiper occasionally worked - and sometimes even came on when the switch was off! But otherwise no luck.

Any ideas?
