Best WAP Option For Me?(1 Messages)

   Hi,
   
   I'm an experienced Internet user, but very rarely use a mobile (I've got a 5 year old Motorola). I'm an eBay seller and I'd like to get a new phone with WAP so I can check eBay prices before I buy stuff from suppliers (usually whilst looking round warehouses). This is pretty much all I would use it for. I rarely make or receive calls or use text messaging.
   
   Please could someone recommend a good model/network/price plan to suit my needs?
