LoveBites and Bruises is an innovative idea whereby young designers, both children and adults alike, are able to design their own accessories and jewellery using any imagine software on their computers. They are then able to email in their designs to the LoveBites and Bruises team, where is will be lasercut onto lucite, acrylic or glass.

They customer service is weak, it takes quite a while to get back to emails, but with their recent bouts of internet fame this is hardly surprising, as they are now quite famous amongst the scene and emo kids of the internet, spreading across popular profiling websites such as Myspace and Livejournal, where many young teenagers pose with their designs in photographs, or sell them in online stores.

Their communications once you get through to their customer based service is brilliant, all customers receive a personal email address once their have paid, where they can track the progress of their items before they are delivered. They are even able to request videos and photographs of their items being made!
