Sony bravia S series or V series???

Im looking into buying a new TV and want to get a Sony Bravia 32" LCD tv. Although there is an "S" series an a "V" serives. The S series version is roughly £800 while the V series version is roughly £1100 and i was wondering what the real difference is and whether it's worth the extra £300.
Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.
