voice commands on pebl U6

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone can help me. i have tried several times to set up voice dialing in my pebl U6 and have used the adapt digit facility.
I am getting nowhere.
When I try to give a voice command all I am getting is command not recognised.
On the one occasion where I did get past this, when I tried to say the name, it came back unrecognised.
I am aware that this facility only works when the contacts are stored to the phone and not the sim.
it also says in the manual aboiut setting voice tags in my contacts list but I cant get it to do this either

have you tried selecting the contact and then select options and do you get a feature add voice tag

let me know if this any help
