Small growth next to my dogs lip.

Hi, I have just noticed my 10 month old cocker spaniel has a small orangey coloured growth ( about 1-2mm in length) next to her mouth. There is also a bit of a lump underneath this growth. I don't know what it is. Could anybody give me advice or should I take her to the vets. Thanks.

It could well be a reaction to a plant she's eaten or sniffed at in the garden. But although its a hassle, best to go to a vet.
