Cancel Contract

i started a contract with Vodafone back in August 06 bassicaly when i started the contract i asked for the Bill date to be th 16th, now in April 07 they finnaly catch on 3 calls later that i want it on the 16th but yet they sill bill me for march 07 today the 11/4/07 and are billing me again on the 19th April 07 for Aprils bill????

wtf??

i want out of the contract but have been told i can't not till the term is up.

is there a way i can cancel and pay a bit extra for the phone?
