Healthy and soft hair is desired by all people. But it becomes a problem once it grows on areas of the body where it is not desired. I think we all have our own questions and doubt on latest treatments of Hair removal. There are many methods of hair removal that are used to remove hair from parts of the body like face, underarm, pubic area, legs, hands, etc.
Some methods are temporary while some are permanent ones.

Temporary methods are Shaving, Threading, Chemical depilatories and some people use Eflornithine creams for removing hair from face.

Permanent methods are “Laser hair removal treatment”, “electrolysis” and “Intense Pulse Light therapy”.
With the development of technique Laser hair removal treatment has become quite effective treatment of hair removal.

    Laser Hair removal treatment
Laser hair removal treatment is an effective and long-tern solution for your problem of unwanted hair. With the development of technique it has become quite effective, and even affordable. Till it arrived on the scene those looking for permanent cures went for electrolytic treatment. But electrolysis, besides being time consuming, works well only over small areas. This is because the electrolytic method removes the hair individually. But electrolysis, besides being time consuming, works well only over small areas. And there are no major side effects of hair removal laser surgery.

Benefits of Laser Hair removal treatment
The laser beam removes unwanted hair without damaging the skin's delicate pores and structures. It is also faster than electrolysis - treatment of some problem areas taking no more than 45 minutes!

Side effects of Laser Hair removal treatment
There are no major side effects of hair removal laser surgery. There are of course cases where local anesthesia or a pain killer may need to be used while treating certain sensitive areas. In any case side effects, such as blistering, soft scabbing and redness, disappear quickly within a few days. All that might happen is that some skin patches may appear slightly lighter or darker after treatment. But not to worry! A good physician always informs the patient about the likely side effects that s/he could suffer. He is also likely to ask you to avoid sun exposure for two to four weeks, both before and after laser treatment. Doing this greatly minimizes the risk of complication.

    Laser hair removal costs
Hair removal laser surgery is costlier than other methods. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons the average price for laser treatment in the US is $ 229.

Hi my new posting related to working of laser hair removal. It describe why laser treatment if prefer as compare to other methods of hair removal treatments.

    Why Laser Hair treatment prefer?
    Long-lasting laser hair removal treatment

Laser treatment is used in various medical processes. Laser treatment is preferable because it is a long-lasting method of hair removal, unlike Shaving or Threading. The use of laser treatment in removing undesired hair is nothing new. Laser treatment was first used for hair removal on based on experiment some 20 years ago and it became commercially available in the mid 1990s.

Required Laser wavelength to achieve results

Lasers wavelengths are used in hair removal laser surgery include visible light to near-infrared radiation. It is also known that the spot size, or the width of the laser beam, can make all the difference. Lasers wavelengths generally have a round spot about the size of a little finger. The width of an ideal laser beam should be about four times as wide as the target is deep.

    Laser works on target tissue

Hair removal laser treatment works by causation localized impairment by heating dark target matter (area that causes hair growth) while leaving the rest of the skin unaffected. It works on the principle of selective photothermolysis; it is that light is naturally captive by dark area. The skin's dark target area (the chromospheres) is of three kinds – hemoglobin, carbon and melanin, and the laser beam targets one of these.

    Working of Laser Hair Removal

The discomfited experienced is usually quite bearable, though it changes according to the patient's constitution. Patient acquiring hair removal laser surgery wears a safety eye gear to protect the eyes. The laser beam is flashed from a small hand-held piece.

Sessions of hair removal laser surgery

Localization of the area where laser treatment treated and gender are important, as also the fact that certain areas of the body require longer treatment than others. Generally, though, three to six laser surgery sessions are well thought out good enough.
