Natasha Bedingfield in my opinion is a fabulous fresh new female face in popular/alternative music nowadays...from Unwritten's release she's put up some work that is truly worth taking the time to listen to. I'm slowly beginning to put her up as one of the breakthrough artistes of recent times. What do you think?

What is this an alternative to? Decent, original songs?

Sorry, but her "songwriting" is appalling, it's written to a formula to appeal to as many people as possible. There's no emotion in it whatsoever. Her new single is so alarmingly bad it made my ears bleed. Seriously "I want to have your baby?" Ugh.

I heard her latest album in HMV last week and it sounded really good. I've liked her since hearing "These words" and the babies one is cool too. Yeah I do think she is one of the UK's better pop acts and I hope she keeps going.
