Signed up with orange at the beginning of the year, after leaving Tmobile. By the 19th of March we still have not got a full service working . Contracts manager has phoned and emailed several times to resolve the problem. However there doesnt appear to be any one person looking after the account, no straight answers. we signed up for 2 yrs but as they have never been able to supply us with a fully working service, we wished to cancel the agreement. They have told us this is not possible, and that we are tied in even though only half of our 20 handsets are operational!!
Any ideas? any way to get ourselves out of the contract??
