hairdresser gone to aussie and left writen directions for another hairdresser re; my own hair colour am thinking of doing it myself as can buy the products and understand most if it:



2/3 of 12/0 WELLA KOLESTON and 1/3 of 12/1 WELLA KOLESTON PLUS 12% WELLOXON DEVELOPER



MY QUESTION IS HOW MUCH DEVELOPER DO YOU USE - IS IT 1 PART COLOUR AND 2 PARTS DEVELOPER?
