Hmmm, I'm not having much luck with air guns.

Took my PPK/S out and when I put the second co2 in it all the gas came jetting out the barrel in 5 seconds.

I put another in, and once again it blew all the gas out in 5 seconds.

I then looked around pistol and noticed that the gas valve piece that goes up against back of the magazine is now sticking forward maybe 2 or 3 mm further forward than it normally does. This means that there is no longer any space to fit the mag in. In typical fashion I have read about this time and time again, but now can't find those places again.

Is this now the end of the pistol??

What has gone wrong causing the valve thing to stick out like that and releasing all the gas.

Whats the way to fix it?

I know that on the PPK the gas block can be removed, and if you can find an illustrated parts catalogue for it, I'm sure Umarex can supply another. Its just a case of remove the top slide, and undo the screw by the rear sight, a vey easy 2 minute job. Also another good excuse to regrease all the seals and moving parts.

My PPK did exactly the same thing, but I accidentally purchased a Beretta 92FS (black) instead of a replacement gas block!

If your in the UK, give www.airgunbuyer.com a ring, see if they can get you one. I have pestered them with random requests before, and they haven't let me down yet!
