LG Shine Problems with MP3

Hi



Can anyone ehlp me out? I got this phone yesterday and I am having problems transfering MP3 files over from PC to the phone. I have connected the phone to the PC via the USB cable then transfered the files over but I cant find them anywhere in the phone. I know they must be there as when I tried to do it again I got a pop up box telling me the file already exists. Its driving me nuts, I have read the instruction book twice but its no help!
