Hi, we at the phonestop can unlock most mobile phones including your samsung e310. Unlocking is a simple process wherever you are in the UK, you simply send us your phone by post. We unlock it and send it back the same day.

1. Please ensure your phone is not barred as we do not unbar phones. If it works on a network (doesn't matter which one) this means it is NOT Barred.

2. Remove ALL Sim Cards and Memory Cards from Phone

3. Make sure Phone Battery is 100% Charged to allow quicker turnaround time.

4. Write your Name, Address & tel. No on a slip of paper and send with the phone.

5. Payment can be made by Cash (send with Phone), Paypal (Paypal fees to be borne by yourself) or Cheque( Phones will not be returned until cheque clears with this type of payment)
