This is a problem once started it's hard to stop!

    Has your cat been neutered?

I would recommend confining him or her to one room with a litter tray for the time being.

Make sure you don't use strong smelling disinfectant in the tray. Clean out any mess straight away, cats can be really fussy!

There is a repellent you can buy for around the house, I never found one that was brilliant but worth a try. Wash the 'regular' areas he wees in down with disinfectant, firstly to get rid of the smell, secondly because as I say, cats don't like the smell of disinfectant. (that still won't guarantee he/she will not return there!)

It may be worth taking him to the Vet for a check up in case there are any kidney or bladder problems also.

    Hope this helps!
