Carrots can help you see in the dark if you plug them into a light socket......lol...

How much to eat.....well if you turn orange (that has happened to some people) then that may be a little too much.

Most nutritionist usually say eat a well balanced diet and exercise regularly. Carrots are good for the eyes, but a combination of the right stuff is also good. Carrots will help a person see in the dark if they have a vitamin A deficiency, which would probably be pretty rare in the UK. Most likely it won't help you to improve night vision much, but can help keep what you got.

That`s very interesting Mr Venom, Shocked

A sensible answer is always appreciated.

Unlike the one my doctor gave me when I went to see him earlier this week; complaining of weight loss, partial deafness and some breathing difficulties.

He examined me closely and succeeded in finding a carrot rammed up my nose and a banana stuck in my ear Exclamation

He told me he was`nt at all surprised I was feeling poorly as apparently

    "I have`nt been eating properly! Razz "

I use to have a eating disorder, but now my doctor put me on this new seafood diet. Now, when ever seafood (see-food), I eat it.
