I'd like to take the time to inform people of a website that offers to unlock Motorola RAZR V3x phones for a very reasonable price and within minutes. The website is called www.unlocktelecom.co.uk. I MUST advise that you read the terms for this site if you choose to use it (in my experience and personal opinion, not recommended) unlike myself and avoid losing money for absolutely nothing. I typed into google "V3x unlock" and this was the first site on the list, so naturally, I checked it out, did as it asked and gave the details of my phone to be unlocked. I was told that the codes would be emailed to me, I then received the codes only to find that none of them worked and also learned that no refund was given for this model (as stated in the terms that I stupidly didn't look at before buying the codes). This is the exact email as it was sent to me (with the code numbers omitted for security reasons):
******hi there,
Thank you for your order. As this model has been not been tested by us, we cannot guarantee the code will unlock the phone. Our research shows that this model is hard to unlock remotely but it is possible with a percentage of the handsets depending on software versions.
With the phone powered up with a sim card in, enter *- - - -*- - - -#
or if invalid try. *- - - -*- - - -#
If your phone asks for a subsidy password, enter the above code without and * or #
Also you can try the following method,
Put a non-accepted SIM Card and turn it on. Type *#- - - -*- - - -#.
or on some software versions, enter
#*- - - -#
If this does not work for you, I would recommend you contact your network provider to see if they can unlock the phone, or take the phone to a mobile phone shop where they will
have the necessary leads and software to remove the programmed sim-locks.
Kind regards
UnlockTelecom.co.uk*******
This was after the payment was made to the site. I hope this post was useful to some people. I'd be quite happy if I prevented at least a handfull of people being scammed by a site that promises an excellent service but robs you of 4 pounds instead. Thank you.

hi there
tell me about it...
Tried to unlock my old Nokia 3220 - I paid, the codes never arrived (promised to be delivered within 48 hours) - no one responsed to any of my emails, I called them and got an automated response - they were to busy to pick up the phone. I opened a dispute through Paypal to get my money back - nothing happened so far.
unlocktelecom - be aware!!!

Unlock Telcom took my money, £3.99, then took several days to send e-mail in which they informed me that "my phone model (a Motorola V3) was unusual and difficult to unlock" and they had not tested it so the code may not unlock it, they then suggested I take it to a phone shop.
In an attempt to get my money returned I contacted them on all three of the e-mail addresses they offer and got an automated answer explaining how busy they are, then contacted the telephone number provided and got an automated message explaining how busy they are, please use the e-mail addresses.
Paypal are powerless to get the paymant back because something was actualy sent - albeit useless.
I feel this site was set up to accept money but avoid any kind of follow up or customer comunication and that says a lot about the intentions.
Individualy I have given them £3.99 and this accounts for little, but millions of people in the UK have phones to unlock and could unknowingly make a clever person with nothing to sell (in my oppinion, unlocktelecom.co.uk) very wealthy.

It is the day after.....
I'm calmer now
Like 'unlocksucks' I too was refunded by these jokers (that's the kindest thing I can say, though Im grateful for the refund)
so my new advise is just dont bother with them....unless you want to needlesly have your blood pressure rasied and waste time making a paypal payment and then asking for a refund
they obvioulsy dont get it - where "it" is modern business practice
cheers
