When you're juggling half a dozen things in the kitchen while simultaneously trying to prepare a cheese sauce and inadvertently allow the milk to become hotter than it should be, you may find that the sauce breaks. Now you have a bunch of solid chunks of cheese in a mass of cheese colored milk.

Well, don't throw it out. Just allow the mixture to cool down until it's warm (but no longer hot) and pour it into your blender. Don't over-fill the blender. Secure the cover and start the blender at the slowest speed, the increase the it to medium speed for a minute or so. Then, pour out your cheese sauce and there's' no evidence of your culinary error. Cool
