What happens for maintenance afterwards though, crash diets work but only temporarily.

A rice diet I would think would need many supplements, especially for women or they could suffer anaemia. Low blood sugar levels could lead to problems too maybe? Crying or Very sad

I think a diet of just rice for 5 days would make me sick of the sight of the stuff! Evil or Very Mad Afterwards I would just reach for anything and everything tasty! Wink

    And fattening! Very Happy

You have to find a balanced diet for the rest of your life. 5 days crash diet ain't no good.

I should have been on the stage, me. But my shyness, along with the B.O., flatulence, halitosis, alcoholism, obesity and nervous tick made it difficult. Crying or Very sad
