Hi, I've had the same problem, I ordered a game from Soft UK on the 20th March and they contacted me to say that they could only send my first order to the billing address of the card, so I agreed.
Being a student I don't get back to this address often and the money had been debited from my account on the 25th March so I assumed everything was going ahead.
When I finally did make it home I found that the product hadn't been delivered and checking my order status I was made aware that my order had been canceled on the 23rd March which was 2 days before the cash was taken from my account.
Still no reply to emails or phone calls, its been written up as a loss.
