Sagem MyS7 heavy files download problem

i have Sagem MyS-7.I have problem downloading heavy files (from PC or other phones) like music, but i can download lighter ones like ringtones. when i tried downloading heavy files they would download, but when i check my phone i would not see the files. i don't know whether it is from the phone setting or just one of its limitations.ples help
