    hi everyone. i have a 98 honda civic 1.5i LS Vtec. Recently the fans hardly blow out any air. Its so weak, it wont even clear the windscreen when it gets misty. Any ideas what it could be?checked blower and resistor, they are fine. Any help greatly appreciated..Thanks
